Commerce and Distribution of Alimentary Products

Unial, Commerce of Food Products, Lda., appeared in the market in February of 2001, with a structure of five elements, a fleet of four vehicles and with an area of 250 m2. The constant concern in the diversification and quality of the products that we commercialize, the rapidly reply of your service distribution and, overall, the permanent and thorough study of the necessities of a market as specific as the Algarve have stimulated the growth of this company throughout these eight years of existence.

Today, Unial, Lda., headquartered in the Centre of Companies and Services of Vilamoura, with the Use License No. 57, with the No. of Operator/Receiver 70238 ACKLMOPYWZF, and Veterinarian Control No. GAF 253, has its own licensed facilities with approximately 650 m2, including a fleet of distribution vehicles equipped with thermograph (temperature register device) and with cooling and freezing in order to maintain the quality of the products in their daily service delivery, a service which is carried out the following day after the order has been made.

Is important to enhance the “Social Care Market” (Mercado da Acção Social) in our wide portfolio of clients such as restaurants, hotel management and supermarkets.

Accompanying the development of the Unial in its geographical amplitude, its initial structure suffered alterations by reinforcing its team with the creation of new jobs. At the present, with twenty three elements we had the need to be subdivided in Departments so that we can to respond promptly to the requirements and needs of our clients.

In the course of this evolution, at the beginning of 2006, we implemented the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, HACCP, requirement of the international program for certification of quality: ISO 9001.
